RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ONLINE SHOPPING:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item (s) within 7 days of the date of purchase in its original condition.

Final Sale: All items on sale or at a reduced price are on final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

The goods eligible for return or exchange must be:

Refund:

The credit for your returned items will be refunded to your account in the same payment method as the one used to purchase the item (s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is complete, you should receive an email with a confirmation. All returns / order exchanges online, must be returned within 7 days from the day you received your order.

Exchanges

If you only wish to trade an exchange, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we can not guarantee that the item will be available at the time of receipt of the exchange.

To return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

  1. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely, making sure you clearly indicate your RA number on the package when you send it to us.   1. Customers are responsible for returning the item (s) at their own expense. We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. Be sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and / or insurance, because Mathilde C is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Size issues are not considered defects of the product, customers are responsible for the cost of return.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers or from a website.
  • The item purchased on our website can not be returned to a store or point of sale of Mathilde C for refund. If you only want to trade an exchange, please contact the return service.

Return or exchange a gift:

Gifts may be returned or exchanged when accompanied by the order number or receipt of the original online order. The exchange can only be processed for an object of equal value. The credit for returned items will be refunded to the buyer’s account in the original payment method used. For gift purchases, an order confirmation number is required. Remember to keep a copy or provide it to the person receiving the gift.

 

GUARANTEE

HANDBAGS AND PORTFOLIOS:

Subject to applicable terms and exclusions, handbags and wallets are protected from the date of original purchase by a 1 year limited warranty for animal leather and 6 months for vegan leathers.

If the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship in normal use at any time during the first year, we will replace the item for free with the same product or comparable product. Defective handbags and wallets must be returned for replacement.

The variations of color and texture are the valued features of the beautiful material. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from dye transfer, accident, misuse or alteration, service or repair.

  • Warranty claims are not eligible for refund.
